Frequently Asked Questions

Standard delivery within India takes 5–8 business days. Srinagar and nearby areas may be faster. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Yes. Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number along with the email you used at checkout. You will see the full status and courier details.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom-stitched or personalised items are non-returnable. To start a return, go to My Orders → View → Request Return.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Log in, go to My Orders, and click Cancel on the relevant order. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible but you may request a return after delivery.

Pre-order items are made or sourced after purchase. Estimated dispatch timelines are shown on the product page. We will email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay. All online payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Bank processing can take a further 3–5 days depending on your bank. If it has been more than 10 business days, please contact us with your order number.

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
