Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders. Each order shows its current status, a tracking number when shipped, and an estimated delivery date. We also email you at every key step.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 4–7 business days across India. Custom-stitched orders take 10–14 days to make plus 3–5 days to ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel from the order page until it enters production. After that, please contact us — we'll do our best, but custom items may not be cancellable once cutting starts.
I haven't received an order confirmation email — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, open My Orders — if the order shows there, it's confirmed. Still missing? Email us with your phone number and we'll resend.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Custom-stitched pieces are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Open Returns, choose the order, pick a reason, and submit. We'll arrange pickup within 2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and inspect it.

Custom Stitching

Do you offer custom tailoring?
Yes. Submit a brief from Custom Work. Our master artisans will review and quote within 24 hours.
How do measurements work?
Save your measurements once in Measurements and apply them to any custom order. We also offer a free in-person measurement service in Srinagar.
Can I send a reference photo?
Absolutely. The custom-work form lets you attach inspiration images and notes about fabric, fit, and occasion.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay handles all major Indian payment methods — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices shown include applicable GST. Your invoice will show the tax breakdown.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is on the roadmap — drop us a note if you'd like us to prioritise your country.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page has a size guide with body measurements (cm/inches). If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or pick custom stitching for an exact fit.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 7 days. Start the exchange from Returns and we'll send the next size.

Account & Privacy

How do I update my profile?
Open Profile to change your name, email, phone, avatar, or password.
How is my data protected?
We follow the DPDP Act 2023. Payment data never touches our servers (handled by Razorpay). Personal data is used only for orders and the services you opt into.
